Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Class 10 (HSLC) from a Board or Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government.
Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 25 years of age as on 1st January 2026.

Age will be calculated based on:
- Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority, or
- HSLC Admit Card/Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council.
No other document will be accepted as proof of age.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must be a permanent resident of the concerned area/village.
- Must be physically fit and of sound mind.
- Must not have been declared insolvent.
- Must not be a defaulter in payment of Government dues.
- Must not be a Government employee.
- Must not be a member of any political party.
- Must possess land or immovable property in his/her name within the concerned village area.
- Must not have more than two living children from a single or multiple partners as per Government of Assam notification dated 19 July 2019.
- Must submit a self-affidavit regarding compliance with the Small Family Norms.
Remuneration
Selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of:
₹14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Only)

Selection Process
- Eligible candidates will be called for a Viva-Voce/Interview.
- Candidates obtaining the highest marks in the Viva-Voce for the concerned village will be selected.
- Final appointment will be subject to satisfactory Police Verification Report.
