About AESRB Recruitment

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Information Technology or relevant subject from an Indian University or equivalent foreign university.
AND
- Must have cleared NET conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar test accredited by UGC such as SLET/SET
OR
- Must have been awarded a PhD Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations 2018.

Selection Process
The recruitment process will consist of:
- OMR-MCQ Based Written Examination – 75 Marks
- Teaching Proficiency Test (TPT) – 25 Marks

- Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Teaching Proficiency Test.
