Essential Qualification
- Three Years Graduate in Public Health / Psychology / Nursing / Social Work with 3 years’ experience, OR
- Post Graduate in Public Health / Psychology / Nursing / Social Work
Desirable Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in health sector / mental healthcare settings
- B.Sc Nursing with 1 year experience in community health services
- Experience in research publications (indexed & peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Epi Info/SPSS/STATA/Atlas.ti etc.)
- Strong MS Office & digital tools knowledge
- Good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness for regular travel
- Fluency in English & Assamese (spoken and written)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordination of activities at health facilities
- Administration of study tools & qualitative interviews
- Patient tracking & follow-up
- Data entry, reporting & analysis
- Community engagement & awareness activities
- Project supply purchases & equipment maintenance
- Development of training/resource materials
- Contribution to research publications
