Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS Guwahati Recruitment

Essential Qualification

Option 1: Three-year Graduate Degree in Psychology / Rural Development / Public Health / Social Work with 2 years’ experience in community health or family intervention delivery.
OR
Option 2: Three-year training as General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution with 2 years’ experience in relevant field.

Desirable Experience

B.Sc. Nursing with at least 6 months’ experience in community or family health interventions.
Experience working in tobacco cessation or substance use disorder programs.
At least 6 months’ experience in health sector research projects.
Contribution to research publications in indexed and peer-reviewed journals.
Experience in preparing reports and dissemination documents.
Excellent proficiency in English and Assamese (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proficient in MS Office applications and other digital tools.
