Important Instructions for Candidates

1. Documents Submission

All candidates must submit duly filled application forms along with original and photocopies of required documents as specified in the respective Annexure.
- Passport Size Photograph.
- HSLC Admit Card.
- HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.
- Graduation Mark-sheet and Certificate.
- Any other Mark-sheet and Certificate of higher education.
- DElEd/ BEd Marksheet (1st Year & 2nd Year) and Certificate.
- Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
- Document in support of Permanent Resident of Assam.
- Certificate and Mark sheet of ATET/CTET/BTC TET.
- Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority.
- Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.

3. Special Instruction for NIOS Candidates

Candidates who obtained D.El.Ed. from NIOS must submit additional Testimonials/Documents as per Govt. Notification No. EAA/SIU/36/2025/3 dated 17th June, 2025.
Documents must be submitted in Annexure-D format.
