This scholarship scheme is exclusively for male students pursuing 1st Semester General Degree (UG) and 1st Semester General Master Degree (PG) courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce streams in government/provincialized colleges or State/Central Universities of Assam for the academic session 2024–25.

Eligibility Criteria for DHE Combined Merit Scholarship
1. Domicile:
Applicant must be a male student and a permanent resident of Assam.
2. Course & Session:
The student must be pursuing 1st Semester General Degree (UG) or 1st Semester General Master Degree (PG) course in Arts, Science, or Commerce for the session 2024–25.
3. Minimum Qualifying Marks:

4. Bank Account:

Documents Required
Candidates must upload the following documents during the online application:
- Certificate from the Registrar/Head of Institution.
- Photocopy of 1st page of Active Bank Account.
- Final Marksheet of last qualifying exam (HS/UG).
- Recent Passport Size Photograph & Signature.
- Aadhaar Card.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by following these steps:

- Click on “Online Application Form”.
- Register yourself with valid details.
- Log in with your user credentials.
- Fill in personal, educational, and bank details carefully.
- Upload all required documents.
- Submit the application form and take a printout of the acknowledgment.
After online submission, the printed application form along with all relevant documents must be submitted to the Registrar/Principal/Head of Institution.
