Directorate of Agriculture, Assam has released an official notification for the recruitment of 489 contractual posts under the ATMA (Agriculture Technology Management Agency) project of the Directorate of Agriculture, Government of Assam.

Eligible candidates can apply online from 11 December 2025 to 31 December 2025.

1. Deputy Project Director

• Salary: ₹52,000 per month
• Educational Qualification:
  • Post Graduate in Agriculture or Allied Sector
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years managerial or supervisory experience

2. Accountant cum Clerk

• No of Posts: 18
• Salary: ₹30,000 per month
• Educational Qualification:
  • B.Com
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in accountancy

3. Computer Programmer

• No of Posts: 19
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Educational Qualification:
  • B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA
• Experience:
  • 1 year for B.Tech candidates
  • 2 years for MCA candidates

Block-Level Posts

4. Block Technology Manager (BTM)

• No of Posts: 103
• Salary: ₹30,000 per month
• Educational Qualification:
  • Post Graduate in Agriculture & Allied Sector with computer skills
• OR
  • Agri Graduate with 5 years experience as ATM

5. Assistant Technology Manager (ATM)

• Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Agriculture or Allied Sector
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year field experience

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025)

• Deputy Project Director / Accountant / Computer Programmer:
  21 – 40 years
• BTM and ATM:
  Up to 45 years
