Candidates belonging to reserved categories must submit the relevant Caste/Tribe Certificate issued by the competent authority.
Candidates already working in Government service may apply through proper channel and must produce an NOC from their present employer during document verification.
Selected candidates working in Government service must submit a release order at the time of joining.

Self-attested copies of certificates/diplomas supporting the educational qualification.

One self-addressed envelope measuring 5 cm × 11 cm, affixed with a Rs. 10/- postal stamp.
Signed Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Certificate of Good Character from two respectable persons who are well acquainted with the candidate but are not related to the candidate.

Caste/Tribe Certificate, wherever applicable.
Age-proof certificate.
NOC from the present employer, wherever applicable.
