This portal enables smooth implementation of single transfer, inter-district transfer, and mutual transfer processes for teachers across Assam.

Teachers must first register and submit their service profile details on the TTMS portal before applying for transfer.

How to Register in HRMS Assam Portal?

Follow these steps for online registration:

Step 1: Create Account

1. Visit https://hrmsassam.in
2. Click on “Create Account”
3. Enter:
   • Name
   • Email ID
   • Gender
   • Date of Birth
   • Mobile Number
   • Password
4. Click Submit

Step 2: Submit Service Profile

1. Click on Submit Service Profile
2. Login using your credentials
3. Fill in details under the following 11 sections:

• School Details (Elementary/Secondary)
• Personal Details
• Academic Qualification
• Professional & Other Qualification
• Service Details
• Salary & Official Account Details
• Service Records
• Awards Received
• Promotion Details
• Other Details
• Upload Supporting Documents

Note: Teachers can apply for transfer only after successful submission of their service profile.

Documents Required for TTMS Portal

Teachers must upload scanned copies of the following documents (Max size: 300 KB each):

• TET Marksheet cum Certificate
• D.El.Ed / B.Ed Marksheet
• HSLC Marksheet
• HSSLC Marksheet
• Graduation Marksheet
• Post Graduation Marksheet
• Proof of Date of Birth
• Appointment Letter
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Important Note:

Teachers who joined service before 3 September 2001 are not required to upload:

• TET Certificate
• D.El.Ed / B.Ed Marksheet

Photograph & Signature Requirements

• Passport-size photograph (Max 50 KB)
• Scanned signature (Max 50 KB)

Single Transfer Process

The online portal for intra and inter-district single transfer became active from midnight on 09 August 2022.

Teachers can apply under the following grounds:

1. Medical Treatment (Self or Dependent)

Required Documents:

• Medical Board Certificate
• Proof of Relationship

2. To Look After Elderly Parents

Required Documents:

• Proof of Relationship
• Self-declaration

3. Husband & Wife Working in Different Districts

Required Documents:

• Court Marriage Certificate
• Spouse Service Certificate

4. PWD Category (After 2 Years Service Outside District)

Required Documents:

• Appointment Letter
• Medical Certificate

5. Safety & Security Grounds

Required Document:

• Certificate from Deputy Commissioner (DC)

6. Completion of 7/5 Years Service Outside District

(7 Years for Male Teacher and 5 Years for Female Teacher)

Required Document:

• Appointment Letter

7. Change of Address Due to Marriage

Required Documents:

• Court Marriage Certificate
• Certificate of Change of Home District

8. Other Considerable Grounds

Documents as applicable.

Mutual Transfer Process

The Mutual Transfer option is also available online.

How to Apply for Mutual Transfer:

1. Visit https://hrmsassam.in
2. Click on Online Mutual Transfer Application
3. Login with credentials
4. Choose one of the following options:

Case 1: With Known Co-applicant

• Share Aadhaar / PAN / Teacher Code
• Co-applicant must give consent

Case 2: Without Known Co-applicant

• Apply by selecting preferred options (3 choices)
• System matches eligible candidates

Important Conditions:

• Teacher category must match
• Medium of instruction must match
• Subject taught must match
• Co-applicant must have applied already (for Case 1)

After completing the form, Save and Submit the application.
