Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Age Limit (As on 11th August 2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Central Government Employees: Up to 40 years (conditions apply)

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in the following phases:
Tier-I: Objective Written Exam (100 Marks | Duration: 1 Hour)
- General Awareness: 20 Questions
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 Questions
- Logical/Analytical Ability: 20 Questions
- English Language: 20 Questions
- General Studies: 20 Questions
Tier-II: Descriptive Paper (50 Marks | Duration: 1 Hour)
- Essay Writing: 30 Marks
- English Comprehension & Précis Writing: 20 Marks
Interview:
- Candidates who qualify Tier-I and Tier-II will be called for a 100-mark Interview.
Final Selection is subject to medical examination and background verification.

IB ACIO Salary Structure
- Pay Level: 7 (as per 7th CPC)
- Salary Range: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
- Special Security Allowance @ 20% of basic pay in addition to other Govt. allowances.
- Cash compensation in lieu of duty performed on holidays subject to a ceiling of 30 days.
