Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Science / Social Science / Humanities / Commerce or MSW / MBA.
Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven track record of working with Social / Community Development Projects, Entrepreneurship Development, or SVEP Projects.
Desirable: Experience in DPR Preparation, Training, Mentoring, Liaisoning, and Coordination with stakeholders.

Key Skills Required

Strong strategic planning and decision-making capability.
Knowledge of Rural Entrepreneurship, Cluster Promotion, and bankable DPRs.
Expertise in Budget Management, MIS maintenance, and report generation (MPR/QPR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently.
Willingness for frequent travel.
