Indian Army Porters Recruitment Rally Details

No. of Posts: 600 posts (Approximately)
Employment Duration: 179 days
Place of Posting: Place of work will be solely at the discretion of Army authorities and no requests for change will be entertained.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Individuals who are physically and medically fit and willing to do physical works in high altitude or difficult area only need to apply.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years as on 01 August 2025
Facilities & Benefits:
- During employment, candidates will receive payment and facilities as per government orders
- All facilities will cease after the contractual period ends
Required Documents:
Candidates must bring original and two attested copies of the following:
- Aadhaar Card / Voter ID
- Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate / Valid Age Proof
- Police Verification Certificate (signed not later than 01 July 2025)
- Character Certificate from a Gazetted Officer (signed not later than 01 July 2025)
- Personal Bank Account Passbook (No Jan Dhan Account)
- Personal life and medical insurance valid till 01 March 2026
- 8 passport-sized color photos of self
- 4 passport-sized color photos of NOK (Next of Kin) as per ILP state orders
Priority for Skilled Trades:
Special preference will be given to candidates with skills in the following trades:
- Carpenter
- Electrician
- Mason
- Plumber
