About IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery Apprentice Recruitment
Indian Oil Corporation Limited is undertaking this recruitment as part of its Skill Building Initiative for the Nation. Apprentices will be engaged in various trades and disciplines at the Bongaigaon Refinery to provide hands-on industrial training in refinery operations and maintenance.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the prescribed qualification on or before 31.01.2026
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates)
- Qualification must be regular full-time from a recognized Board/University
- Part-time / distance education qualifications are not eligible
- Candidates with higher qualifications (B.E/B.Tech/MBA/CA etc.) are not eligible
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years (as on 31.01.2026)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
