India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has invited online application for the recruitment of 348 Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) as Executives on contract basis from the Department of Posts (DoP). Eligible GDSs may apply online from 09 October 2025 to 29 October 2025 at www.ippbonline.com.
Graduate in any discipline (Regular/Distance) from a University/Institution recognized by the Government of India or approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
Experience
No prior experience required.
Other Conditions
Candidate must be a GDS engaged with the Department of Posts (DoP) as on 01.08.2025 and should have no pending vigilance/disciplinary case.
💰 IPPB Executive Salary 2025
Fixed Pay: ₹30,000/- per month (inclusive of statutory deductions).
Annual increment and performance-based incentives applicable.
No other allowances or bonuses will be paid.
⏳ Tenure of Engagement
Initial 1-year engagement, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and business requirements.
Performance review every 6 months.
Candidates not performing satisfactorily for two consecutive reviews may be repatriated with one-month notice.
Cooling-off period: 2 years after every engagement before reapplying.
🧩 Selection Process
Selection based on merit list prepared from percentage of marks in graduation.
In case of a tie, DoP seniority and date of birth will be considered.
IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if necessary.
Candidates must produce NOC, vigilance clearance, and penalty statement during document verification.
