- Candidates must apply in the Standard Form of Application published in Part IX of the Assam Gazette.
- The application must be accompanied by self-attested copies of the following documents:
- Educational Qualification Certificates

- Employment Exchange Registration Card
- Character Certificate
- Attach three (3) recent passport-size photographs (signed on the reverse side).
