2. Deputy Registrar

Essential Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Minimum 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor or above with 3 years’ experience in educational administration.
• OR comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.
• OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Experience in Computer Applications, E-Office systems, and ERP platforms.
• Experience in establishment, academic, or financial administration.

3. Deputy Controller of Examinations

Essential Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with educational administration experience.
• OR comparable experience in research establishments and higher education institutions.
• OR 5 years’ administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Experience in conducting examinations and examination-related administrative work.
• Proficiency in computerized examination systems.
• Working knowledge of Computer Applications, Networking, and ERP systems.

4. Finance Officer

Essential Qualification & Experience:

• Postgraduate Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience at management level in Finance & Accounts in Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Research Organizations.

OR

• Professional qualification from ICWAI/ICAI or MBA (Finance) with at least 5 years of management-level experience in Finance & Accounts.

Desirable:

• Expertise in finance, accounts, and stores-related software systems.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Preference for candidates with Commerce or Finance background.
• Experience in educational institutions will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the qualifications and experience prescribed for the respective posts as detailed above. Relevant administrative, academic, research, finance, and examination management experience is required depending on the post applied for.
