Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Advisor (Project Pipeline-PNCPL)

Qualification:

- Graduate in Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of experience.
- At least 5 years in Pipeline Project Construction or Pipeline O&M.
- Retired PSU officers should have superannuated as GM/CGM/ED.
Maximum Age: 65 Years.
2. Advisor (NREP Construction & Statutory Approvals)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of experience.
- At least 5 years in project construction, project commissioning, or technical services.
- Experience in statutory approvals with OISD, PESO, Pollution Control Board, etc.
- Retired PSU officers should have superannuated from DGM/GM/CGM/ED level.
Maximum Age: 65 Years.
3. Advisor (NREP Balance Civil Jobs & PPU)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of experience.
- At least 5 years in project construction.
- Experience in brownfield refinery civil construction projects.
- Retired PSU officers should have superannuated from DGM/GM/CGM/ED level.
Maximum Age: 65 Years.
4. Advisor (Expediting & Vendor Coordination)

Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in any discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of experience.
- At least 5 years in project management, vendor expediting, or supply chain management.
- Experience in oil and gas projects.
- Retired PSU officers should have superannuated from DGM/GM/CGM/ED level.
Maximum Age: 65 Years.
Vigilance Clearance
Candidates must ensure that:
- No vigilance case is pending.
- No departmental proceeding is pending.
