About NRL Recruitment 2026
Numaligarh Refinery Limited operates a 3.0 MMTPA refinery at Numaligarh, Assam, and is currently implementing a major expansion project to 9.0 MMTPA. The company is also involved in petrochemicals, natural gas transportation, biofuel production, and nuclear-grade paraffin wax manufacturing.
To support its expanding operations, NRL invites applications for Fixed Term Engagement (FTE) positions, initially for up to 3 years, extendable by one additional year based on performance and management approval.

Educational Qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dy. Associate (Process):
BE / BTech in Chemical Engineering - Dy. Associate (Mechanical):
BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering - Dy. Associate (Instrumentation):
BE / BTech in Instrumentation Engineering or combination including Instrumentation
Experience gained during Apprenticeship training will be considered.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
