Educational Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline) from a reputed Institute/College/University recognized by AICTE/UGC in India.
- The applicant must be a retired official of Govt./PSU/Private sector.
- Minimum 25 years of work experience, including at least 10 years of experience in land acquisition/revenue matters and liaison with administration.
- Must have retired at least from the post of General Manager (Grade G)/Deputy Secretary or equivalent from OIL or any other Govt./PSU/Private sector organization.
Age Limit
- The age of the candidate should not exceed 63 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Sound understanding of Central, State and Local land acquisition laws and revenue processes.
- Good communication skills in Assamese, English, and Hindi.
- Knowledge of local language(s) and scripts of operational areas will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Company’s activities, vision, goals, and structure.
- Ability to handle multi-disciplinary activities.
- Strong project management, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be physically fit and willing to travel extensively across Northeastern States.
