Eligibility Criteria (As on 26.02.2026)
Candidates must:
- Have retired from SBI at the age of 60 years (Superannuation).
- Have retired as MMGS-II / MMGS-III / SMGS-IV.
- Not have taken voluntary retirement before superannuation (except specific eligible cases mentioned in notification).
- Maximum age should not exceed 63 years as on 26 February 2026.
- Engagement allowed up to maximum age of 65 years (subject to performance).
- Have clean service record with no major penalties in last 5 years.
- No pending CBI or legal cases.
- Be medically fit.
Preference will be given to officers who have previously worked in CMPOC and have strong knowledge of systems and procedures.
Salary (Monthly Fixed Remuneration)

- Salary is lumpsum and independent of pension.
- No PF, Bonus, Gratuity, or other benefits.

Period of Engagement
- Minimum: 1 Year
- Extendable up to 3 Years or till 65 years of age (whichever earlier)
- Performance review conducted quarterly
Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Shortlisting
- Interaction (Interview – 100 Marks)
- Final merit list will be prepared based on interview marks.
- In case of tie, older candidate will rank higher.
- No TA/DA will be paid for interview.
Job Profile
Support Officer will handle:
- CRM Helpdesk & ticket generation
- Follow-up with Government departments for VDMS & LOC
- Customer grievance redressal
- Follow-up for CMP service charges recovery
- Coordination with branches & agencies
