About NHIDCL Recruitment 2026
The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), Government of India. Through the State Specific Graduate Scheme (SSGS), NHIDCL intends to nurture local engineering talent by engaging Civil Engineering graduates from the states where NHIDCL operates.
Selected Associates will work on highway and infrastructure development projects and gain valuable practical experience while receiving an attractive monthly consultancy fee.

NHIDCL Recruitment 2026 Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Graduation in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Degree should be obtained from:
- IITs,
- NITs, or
- Institutions ranked within the Top 100 in NIRF Engineering Rankings for the year of graduation (or the preceding year for final-year students).
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience after obtaining the essential educational qualification.
Domicile Requirement
Applicants can apply only for the State/UT of which they are domicile holders.
Exception: Candidates from other States/UTs may also apply for vacancies in Andaman & Nicobar Islands if suitable domicile candidates are unavailable.
Final-year Civil Engineering students who are likely to complete their graduation before joining are also eligible to apply.

NHIDCL Recruitment 2026 Salary
Selected Associates will receive a monthly consultancy fee of:
Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
- Annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fee.
- Associates posted in Andaman & Nicobar Islands will receive an additional 20% Location Allowance.
