Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
Qualification must be recognized by UGC / ICAI / ICMAI.

Job Responsibilities
- Preparation, monitoring & reappropriation of Capital and Revenue Budgets
- Project financing including IRR & NPV application
- Project costing & cost sheet preparation
- Treasury management
- Bank Guarantees/E-Bank Guarantees/Insurance Surety Bonds/FDRs management
- Financial concurrence of proposals & contract management
- Preparation of financial statements (Ind AS compliant)
- Internal finance control compliance
- MIS reporting (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
- Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Coordination with auditors
Selection Procedure
The selection process consists of Two Stages:
Stage 1: Eligibility Test
- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Tests General Awareness, Analytical Ability, Aptitude & Logical Ability
Stage 2: Specific Written Test
- Only candidates qualifying Stage 1 can appear.
Final Merit List will be prepared based on performance.
Tie-breaking criteria:
- Chronological order of Date of Birth
- Alphabetical order of first name (as per 10th certificate)

Selected candidates must furnish a Non-transferable Service Bond of ₹5 Lakhs valid for 2 years on ₹100 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper.
