1. Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream

• No. of Posts: 50
• Category-wise Breakup:
  • UR: 20
  • OBC: 15
  • EWS: 5
  • SC: 7
  • ST: 3
• Pay Scale: ₹44,500 – ₹89,150 (17 years structured progression)

2. Manager Grade ‘B’ – General & Specialist Stream

• No. of Posts: 26
• Stream-wise Breakup:
  • General: 11
  • Legal: 8
  • IT: 7
• Pay Scale: ₹55,200 – ₹99,750 (16 years structured progression)

Eligibility Criteria for SIDBI Officer Recruitment

✳️ Age Limit

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC/MOBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10–15 years (depending on category)

Educational Qualification

For Grade A Officer:

• Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) in:
  • Graduation in Commerce/Economics/Maths/Stats/Engg./Business Admin
  • OR MBA/PGDM (Full-time, 2 years)
  • OR CA / CS / CMA / CFA

For Grade B Officer:

• General:
  • Graduation with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • OR Postgraduation with 55% (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD)
• Legal:
  • LLB with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Must be enrolled with Bar Council of India
  • Desirable: LLM / CS / Computer proficiency
• IT:
  • BE/BTech in CS/IT/ECE or MCA with 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  • Desirable: Industry certifications like AI/ML, CEH, CISSP, etc.
