OR Candidate must have passed (Part A & B) of AMIE (India) in Civil Engineering if he/she had enrolled in AMIE course on or before 31-05-2013. (ii) The Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology must be a Regular Course recognized by AICTE/ UGC as mentioned in Point No. (i). Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology obtained through Distance Mode of Education, by whatever name called will not be accepted.

Candidates must be Indian Citizens.	(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam. (ii) The candidate must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purpose/ Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof of residency along with the online application form.
Employment Exchange Registration:	Small Family Norms:
Candidates must be registered themselves in any of the employment exchanges of Assam.	The candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the post.
