- Maintain rainfall and water-level records during flood season.
- Follow up on Daily Flood Reports (DFR), Urban Flood Reports, and DRIMS Portal updates.
- Update disaster management portals such as:
- IDRN (India Disaster Resource Network)
- NDMIS (National Disaster Management Information System)
- Prepare and submit reports related to floods, fire incidents, earthquakes, landslides, erosion, and other disasters.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by DDMA authorities.
