The Office of the District Social Welfare Officer, Darrang, under the Women and Child Development Department, Darrang, has released an employment notification for recruitment to various purely temporary contractual posts under One Stop Centre (OSC), Darrang.

Eligible Indian citizens as per Articles 5 to 9 of the Constitution of India who meet the required educational qualifications and age criteria may apply.

Psycho-Social Counsellor	01	Female candidates can apply only. Any woman having a professional degree/diploma in Psychology / Psychiatry / Neurosciences with a background in the health sector and preferably with at least 3 years’ experience of working in a Government or Non-Government health project/programme.	₹25,000/-
Multi-Purpose Worker / Cook	01	Female candidates can apply only. HSLC passed or equivalent preferred with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant domain.	₹14,000/-
Security Guard / Night Guard	01	HSLC passed or equivalent preferred with minimum 2 years’ experience as security personnel in a Government or reputed organization at district/state level. Preference will be given to retired military/paramilitary personnel.	₹12,000/-

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST (H/P): 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- PwD: 10 years

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email and office notice board for a Walk-in Interview.
