1. Controller of Examinations
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree from a recognised University with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent grade in a point scale/CGPA where the grading system is followed.
Candidates must also satisfy one of the prescribed experience requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above, or 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 and above, including service as Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration; or
- Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education; or
- 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or in an equivalent university post.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
Experience in conducting or assisting University/College/Institution examinations and allied executive-level work is desirable.
Candidates having experience with different examination systems and confidential work may be preferred. Working knowledge of computers and software, automation of academic administration, ERP (SAMARTH), MOOCs, continuous and comprehensive evaluation systems, ABC, etc., is also desirable.

2. Deputy Controller of Examinations
Educational Qualification
A Master’s Degree from a recognised University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale/CGPA is required.
Candidates should also meet the prescribed experience criteria, including one of the following:
- 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 and above, with experience in educational administration; or
- Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education; or
- 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Desirable Experience
Experience in conducting or assisting University/College/Institution examinations and allied executive-level work is desirable.
Candidates should have a record justifying the entrusting of confidential work. Proficiency in computerisation of examination work and working knowledge of computers and networking are also desirable/essential as specified in the advertisement.

3. Deputy Registrar
Educational Qualification

- Degree in Law, Management or Engineering from a recognised University/Institute.
- Experience in computer applications/e-office systems.
- Experience in establishment, academic or financial administration in an academic or research organisation.

4. Finance Officer
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognised University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale/CGPA.
In addition, candidates must have either:
- At least 8 years of experience at management level in Finance and Accounts in a Government Organisation, Public Sector Undertaking or Research Organisation; or
- A professional qualification from ICWAI or ICAI, or an MBA in Finance with 5 years of experience at management level in Finance and Accounts in a Government Organisation, Public Sector Undertaking or Research Organisation.
Desirable Qualifications
Candidates with computer literacy to oversee the computerisation of finance, accounts and stores-related matters and good interpersonal skills are desirable.
Preference will be given to candidates with a commerce or finance background at postgraduate level and candidates having prior experience in an educational institute.
