Educational Qualification

Principal Scientist / Principal Scientist (Delhi)

Ph.D. in Engineering with 6 years of relevant industrial experience, OR
M.Tech/M.E. with 9 years of relevant industrial experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree with 11 years of relevant industrial experience.

Senior Project Engineer

Ph.D. in Engineering with 3 years of experience, OR
M.Tech/M.E. with 7 years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of experience.

Project Scientist

M.Tech/M.E. with 5 years of experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience.

Associate Project Engineer

Master’s Degree in VLSI/Microelectronics/Computer Science, OR
Bachelor’s Degree in EC/EE/CS with 3 years of experience.

Technical Assistant

M.Tech/M.E. in Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience, OR
B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering or MCA with 5 years of experience.
Candidates having skill development/teaching experience will be preferred.

Lab Assistant

B.Sc. with 65% marks or 7 CGPA and above with minimum 3 years of experience, OR
Diploma in Engineering & Technology with 65% marks or 7 CGPA and above, preferably with minimum 5 years of experience.

Lab Attendant

High School Pass with minimum 4 years of experience.

Age Limit

The official notification has not specified any upper age limit. Candidates should fulfill the experience and qualification requirements prescribed for the respective posts.
