1. Project Assistant

• No. of Posts: 02
• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3–5 years experience in office management/secretarial work
  • Preference for externally aided project experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Remuneration: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Age Limit: 40 years as on 01.01.2025

2. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• No. of Posts: 03
• Qualification:
  • 12th Pass
  • 3–5 years experience as support/multi-tasking staff in Govt. organization preferred
  • Familiar with filing, letter handling etc.
• Remuneration: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Age Limit: 35 years as on 01.01.2025

3. Manager – Civil

• No. of Posts: 07
• Qualification:
  • BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years experience in civil construction/project management
  • 3–5 years experience in water supply engineering preferred
  • Experience in MDB-funded/urban infrastructure projects desirable
• Remuneration: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• Age Limit: 45 years as on 01.01.2025

4. Manager – Accounts

• No. of Posts: 07
• Qualification:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce
  • Knowledge of financial procedures for ADB/World Bank/external funding
  • Must have hands-on Tally experience
  • 8–10 years experience with at least 5 years in project financial management
• Remuneration: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
• Age Limit: 45 years as on 01.01.2025

5. Assistant – Accounts

• No. of Posts: 07
• Qualification:
  • B.Com with proficiency in Tally ERP 9.0
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • 5–7 years experience in Government/Semi-Govt/EAPs/ reputed organization
• Remuneration: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Age Limit: 40 years as on 01.01.2025
