Name of the Post: Project Management Executive (PME)

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification	Details
Educational Qualification	Graduate degree (minimum 3 years duration) in any field from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience	Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in IT-related government assignments. Experience with government revenue collection platforms is desirable.
Computer Skills	Excellent command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, V-lookup, Pivot Table, Dashboard). Must be proficient in office management software and email handling.
Language Skills	Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Assamese, Bodo, or Bengali will be an added advantage.
Age Limit	Maximum 45 years as on 1st November 2025.

Contract Duration & Terms

The initial contract period will be 11 months from the date of joining.
May be extended based on performance and organizational requirements.
Either party can terminate the contract by giving 30 days’ notice without assigning any reason.
The PME must serve full-time at ASAMB and cannot subcontract or delegate duties.

Remuneration & Benefits

Details	Information
Annual Salary	₹6.00 – ₹6.60 lakh per annum (inclusive of all taxes and allowances)
Monthly Payment	Fixed consolidated amount (paid in equal monthly instalments)
Increments	3–10% per annum (effective from 1st January every year, based on performance and fund availability)
Leave Entitlements	14 casual leaves, 2 restricted holidays, and 15 days medical leave per year.
Additional Leave	Up to 30 days of leave without pay may be granted in emergencies (with approval).
