Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech
- Passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics + Chemistry (not mandatory for CSE/ECE)
- Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category)
- Must have CEE Assam 2026 or JEE Main 2026 score
- Age: 17–21 years (Relaxation for SC/ST: 3 years)
- Must be an Indian citizen (PRC Assam required for CEE candidates)
M.Tech
- B.E./B.Tech with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA
- Valid GATE score (preferred)
- Non-GATE candidates must appear in entrance exam
- MCA / MSc (CS/IT/Electronics) candidates can also apply (for relevant branches)
Lateral Entry (B.Tech)
- 3-year Diploma with 45% marks (40% reserved)
OR - B.Sc. with Mathematics at 10+2 level
