Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP RRBs XIV) for recruitment of Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).

Post Name & Educational Qualification

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
Proficiency in local language is preferred.
Working knowledge of Computer is desirable.

Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
Proficiency in local language is preferred.
Computer knowledge is desirable.

Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
2 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale II (Specialist Cadre)

Information Technology Officer: Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Science/ IT + 1 year experience.
Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India + 1 year experience.
Law Officer: Degree in Law with 2 years experience.
Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with 1 year experience.
Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing with 1 year experience.
Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture with 2 years’ experience.

Officer Scale III (Senior Manager)

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Salary

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Approx. ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Officer Scale I: Approx. ₹36,000 – ₹42,000 per month
Officer Scale II: Approx. ₹48,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Officer Scale III: Approx. ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month
