Educational Qualification

1. Controller of Examinations

Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above OR 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 and above including Associate Professor along with educational administration experience.

  • Comparable experience in a research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education.

OR

  • 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years must be as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Experience in conducting University/College examinations.
  • Experience with examination systems and confidential work.
  • Knowledge of computers, ERP (SAMARTH), MOOCs, ABC, academic automation, and evaluation systems.

2. Deputy Controller of Examinations

Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with educational administration experience.

OR

  • Comparable experience in research establishments or higher educational institutions.

OR

  • 5 years’ administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Experience in conducting examinations and allied administrative works.
  • Proficiency in computerization of examination systems.
  • Working knowledge of computers and networking.

3. Deputy Registrar

Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • At least 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with educational administration experience.

OR

  • Comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.

OR

  • 5 years’ administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Degree in Law, Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience in computer applications and e-office systems.
  • Experience in academic, establishment, or financial administration.

4. Finance Officer

Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.

AND

  • Minimum 8 years of management-level experience in Finance & Accounts in Government Organizations, PSUs, or Research Organizations.

OR

  • ICWAI/ICAI qualification or MBA in Finance with at least 5 years of management-level experience in Finance & Accounts.

Desirable:

  • Computer literacy and expertise in computerized finance and accounts systems.
  • Commerce or Finance background at postgraduate level.
  • Experience in educational institutions.
