About PMAY Assam Urban Recruitment
The recruitment is being conducted for engagement in the City Level Technical Cell under PMAY-HFA (Urban) 2.0. Eligible candidates with relevant educational qualification and professional experience may submit their applications in prescribed format.

Vacancy Details
1. MIS/IT Expert
- No. of Posts: 03
Required Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics or MCA/PGDCA or Mathematics/Statistics.
- Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience or Graduate with 3 years of experience.
- Experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations/private reputed companies.
- Exposure in handling MIS tools, project management, database management software, etc.
2. Social Development Expert
- No. of Posts: 04
Required Qualification:
- Qualification in Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, Community Development, Public Policy, Human Resource Development, Public Administration, or related disciplines.
- Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience or Graduate with 3 years of experience.
- Experience in urban development sector.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating capacity-building activities, preferably in municipal environments.
3. Financial Management & Accounting Expert
- No. of Posts: 03
Required Qualification:
- Qualification in Finance/Accounting or M.Com/B.Com/MBA Finance with experience in municipal finance.
- Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience or Graduate with 3 years of experience.
- Experience in evaluating urban infrastructure investments and financing projects.
- Experience dealing with Banks/PLIs will be an added advantage.
