Educational Qualification
- Assistant IV (Dairy): Full time 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed educational institute/university. Minimum 3 years of full time operation and maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably Dairy/Food industry).
- Assistant-I Dairy (Operator): ITI passed in Electrical trade / Fitter trade / Electronics Mechanic trade from an NCVT/SCVT approved institute. Minimum 1 year of full time relevant experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably Dairy/Food industry).
Desirable Skills (Assistant-I Dairy Operator)
- Experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility, preferably food and dairy industry.
- Technical experience in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to work in a wet environment with moderate to high noise volume.
- Knowledge of ISO, 5S, GMP, Kaizen etc.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
- Team work, interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
