The State Government of Odisha has launched Subhadra Yojana Scheme to supports the economically weaker section women across the state to make them self-reliable.
On 2nd September 2024, Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida launched the “Subhadra Yojana” portal at Lok Seva Bhavan. Women of Odisha will get many benefits through this scheme.
The Subhadra Scheme aims to provide regular financial assistance to women so that they can become self-reliant strengthen them and improve their condition.
Latest Update: The next instalment of payment will be released on 08 March 2025 on the eve of International Women's Day.
What is Subhadra Yojana?
- Aim: The scheme is launched to provide financial assistance of ₹50,000/- to women from economically backward section to make their family financially strong.
- Amount: ₹10,000/- every year for a period of 5 years, a total of ₹50,000/-. The first installment of ₹5000/- will be given on International Women’s Day and the second installment of ₹5000/- will be given on Raksha Bandhan.
- Launch date: Launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 17 September 2024.
- Eligibility Criteria: Women aged 21 to 60 years, whose annual income is less than ₹2.5 lakh.
- Apply Mode: Both online and offline.
How to Apply for Subhadra Yojana Online?
Eligible women may follow the below mention step to apply online.
- Step 1: Visit the official website of the Subhadra Yojana at subhadra.odisha.gov.in.
- Step 2: Click on the Login button.
- Step 3: Proceed by clicking on the “CSC Login” button.
- Step 4: Click on the “Initiate Login” button.
- Step 5: It will take you to the Digital Seva Connect page. Sign In by username or email ID and password.
- Step 6: After sign in is completed, the dashboard of Subhadra Yojana will open. Click on the “Submit New Application” button.
- Step 7: Enter your Aadhaar card number and click on “Submit” to proceed.
- Step 8: Complete the “OTP based Aadhar e-KYC”,
- Step 9: Then fill the form correctly.
- Step 10. After completion take a print out the form for future.

Subhadra Yojana Eligibility criteria
To avail the benefits of Subhadra Yojana, the woman has to ensure the following eligibility criteria.
- The woman must be a resident of Odisha.
- Age should be between 21 to 60 years.
- The woman must have NFSA and SFSS card.
- Women who do not have NFSA and SFSS cards their family’s annual income should not exceed ₹ 2.5 lakh.
