Short Description: Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following posts for Four Year Integrated Teachers Education Programme (ITEP) in B.A. B.Ed. (Secondary) and B.Com. B.Ed. (Middle) at Dibrugarh Hanumanbux Surajmal Kanoi Commerce College.
1. Programme Head (Professor in Education or Associate Professor in Education)
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate degree in Science, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Commerce, or Languages. M.Ed. Ph.D. in Education. or Ten Years of teaching experience in a teaching education institution a Professor and Eight Years for an Associate Professor. Any other relevant qualification prescribed by the University Grants Commission for these categories of posts.
2. Assistant Professor in Liberal Discipline and Pedagogy (for B.A. B.Ed.)
No. of posts: 8
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate degree in concerned subjects with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed. degree with a minimum of 55% marks. NET/SLET/PhD in concerned subjects as prescribed by the UGC/NCTE. For Educational Studies, candidates must have Post graduate degree in Education (M.Ed.), with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade. NET/SLET/PhD in Education.
3. Assistant Professor in Liberal Discipline and Pedagogy (for BSc. B.Ed.)
No. of posts: 9
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate degree in concerned subjects with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed. degree with a minimum of 55% marks. NET/SLET/PhD in concerned subjects as prescribed by the UGC/NCTE. For Educational Studies, candidates must have Post post-graduate degree in Education (M.Ed.), with a minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade. NET/SLET/PhD in Education.
3. Faculty in Health & Physical Education
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Physical Education (M.P. Ed.) with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
4. Faculty in Art Education
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree in Performing Arts or Visual Arts with a minimum of 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
5. Counsellor in Career Guidance & Counselling
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree in Education having guidance and counseling as one of the papers in PG Level or Appropriate qualification in guidance and counseling.
