Eligibility Criteria of GAIL Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
Engineering Posts:
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) with minimum 55–60% marks.
Non-Engineering Posts:
- CA/CMA
- MBA in relevant specialization
- LLB for Law posts
- MBBS for medical posts
- Master’s in Hindi with English as a subject for Official Language post

Experience Requirement
- Senior Officer / Senior Engineer: Minimum 1 year post-qualification executive experience
- Chief Manager (Law): Minimum 12 years experience
- Officer (Official Language): Minimum 2 years experience
Age Limit (as on 23 December 2025)
- Upper age limits vary between 31 to 46 years, depending on the post.
- Age relaxations are applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD candidates as per government norms.
