The Assam Minorities Development Board (AMDB) has released an official notification for admission/training opportunities for minority candidates in various professional and skill-based courses for the session 2025-26. Eligible candidates belonging to minority communities (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis) can apply online from 20th August 2025 to 15th September 2025.
Courses Offered
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
- Eligibility: HS (10+2) Science with PCB
- Minimum Marks: UR – 45%, Reserved – 40%
- Duration: 4 years + 6 months internship
- Age Limit: 17–24 years (Relaxation: 3 years for reserved, 11 years for PWD)
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
- Eligibility: HS (10+2) Science with PCB
- Duration: 2 years
- Age Limit: 17–24 years (Relaxation: same as above)
- General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- Eligibility: HS (10+2) in any stream with 40% marks
- Duration: 3 years
- Age Limit: 17–30 years
- Coaching for Competitive Exams (UPSC/APSC)
- Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline
- Duration: 1 year
- Age Limit: 21–32 years
- Driver Training (Skill Development)
- Eligibility: Minimum Class VIII passed
- Duration: As per schedule
- Age Limit: 18–50 years
