About BCPL Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification
1. Foreman (Chemical)
Candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering in Chemical, Petrochemical, Chemical Technology or Petrochemical Technology with at least 55% marks. Candidates must also have 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.
2. Foreman (Civil)
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Engineering in Civil with at least 55% marks and 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.
3. Junior Superintendent (Human Resources)
Candidates must have a Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations, with at least 50% marks in each. Candidates should also be proficient in personal computer operations and must have 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.
4. Foreman (Instrumentation)
Candidates must have a Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics with at least 55% marks, along with 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.
5. Operator (Chemical)
Candidates must have a B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% marks, or B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry with at least 50% marks. Candidates must have 1 year of post-qualification experience in line.
6. Technician (Electrical)
Candidates must have Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical/Wireman Trade and 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.
7. Technician (Instrumentation)
Candidates must have Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Instrumentation Trade and 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.
8. Technician (Mechanical)
Candidates must have Matric plus ITI Tradesmanship/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist or Turner Trade, along with 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.
For the PwBD trainee posts, the required qualifications include B.Sc. with the specified subjects for Operator (Chemical) Trainee, Matric plus relevant ITI/NAC qualification for Technician (Mechanical) Trainee, and B.Com. with minimum 50% marks and 40 words per minute English typing speed for Accounts Assistant Trainee.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for the regular posts is:
- Foreman / Junior Superintendent: 32 years
- Operator / Technician: 30 years
- PwBD Trainee Posts: 30 years
The cut-off date for determining age and post-qualification experience is 9 October 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable as per the advertisement. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, and applicable relaxation is also provided for PwBD candidates. The maximum upper age, including all possible relaxations, shall not exceed 56 years.
Salary
Selected candidates for the regular posts will receive pay in the following scales:

Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC (NCL) categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹200/-.
SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee, subject to submission of the applicable certificate as specified in the advertisement.
