Eligible Engineering Graduates in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines can apply online from 16 February 2026 to 02 March 2026.

Educational Qualification
- Engineering Graduation in:
- Civil
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Must have completed graduation on or after 01-04-2023
- Minimum Marks:
- 60% (UR/OBC-NCL)
- 50% (SC/ST/PwBD)
- Qualification must be recognized by UGC/AICTE/Board of Technical Education
Reservation
Reservation will be as per Government of India norms for:
- SC
- ST
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD)
Valid certificates must be produced during document verification.
Age Limit (As on 02-03-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST – 5 Years
- OBC-NCL – 3 Years
- PwBD – 10 Years
Stipend
Selected candidates will receive:
- ₹25,000 per month
- ₹20,500 paid by HPCL
- ₹4,500 paid by Government of India (DBT Scheme)
No additional allowances will be provided.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Merit-Based Screening
- Based on aggregate percentage in Engineering
- Document Verification
- Shortlisted in ratio of 1:5
- Final Merit List
- Based on verification and eligibility
No TA/DA will be provided for document verification.
Candidates must:
- Register on NATS 2.0 Portal
- Be approved by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT)
- Sign a tri-partite apprenticeship contract
- Submit medical & police verification

- Only Indian Nationals eligible
- Candidates with prior apprenticeship experience are not eligible
- Candidates with 1 year or more work experience are not eligible
- Only one application allowed
- Registration on NATS 2.0 portal is mandatory
