HPCL Apprentice Disciplines
Applications are invited for the following engineering branches:
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Engineering Graduation in the relevant discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NC candidates.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Age Limit
As on 31 July 2026:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Monthly Stipend
Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,000.
- ₹20,500 will be paid by HPCL.
- ₹4,500 will be paid by the Government of India through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme.
