Eligibility Criteria:

Advisor (Offshore Defence & Security Coordination)	Retired Indian Navy Officer with 25+ years of service (offshore oil/gas preferred)	Expertise in maritime security, ISPS Code, SOLAS, liaison with Navy/Coast Guard, and risk mitigation
Advisor (Onshore Defence & Security Coordination)	Retired Indian Army Officer with 25+ years of service (onshore E&P desirable)	Security strategy, liaison with armed forces/paramilitary, and threat assessment
Consultant Field Officer (Offshore)	Retired Indian Navy Officer with 10+ years of service	–

Salary:
