Educational Qualification & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline) from a reputed Institute/College/University recognized by AICTE/UGC in India.
The applicant must be a retired official of Govt./PSU/Private sector.
Minimum 25 years of work experience, including at least 10 years of experience in land acquisition/revenue matters and liaison with administration.
Must have retired at least from the post of General Manager (Grade G)/Deputy Secretary or equivalent from OIL or any other Govt./PSU/Private sector organization.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not exceed 63 years as on the last date of receipt of application.

Required Skills & Competencies

Sound understanding of Central, State and Local land acquisition laws and revenue processes.
Good communication skills in Assamese, English, and Hindi.
Knowledge of local language(s) and scripts of operational areas will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of Company’s activities, vision, goals, and structure.
Ability to handle multi-disciplinary activities.
Strong project management, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
Must be physically fit and willing to travel extensively across Northeastern States.
