About Recruitment
POWERGRID, a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power, is inviting applications for multiple technical and non-technical posts. Candidates from the North-Eastern Region (NER) including Meghalaya will benefit from region-specific vacancies.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma Trainee: 3-year Diploma in relevant Engineering with 70% marks
- JOT (HR/F&A): BBA/BBM/BBS or equivalent (60% marks)
- JTT (Survey): 2-year ITI (Surveyor)
Candidates with higher qualifications like B.Tech/M.Tech are not eligible.
Age Limit (as on 11 May 2026)

Salary & Benefits
During Training:
- DT/JOT: ₹24,000/month + allowances
- JTT: ₹21,000/month + allowances
After Training:

- Skill/Trade Test (for JOT/JTT)
