- ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade from recognized ITI.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in fitting, assembly, maintenance and workshop operations.

- Mechanical fitting and assembly
- Lathe machine operation
- Drilling, grinding and fitting work
- Maintenance of workshop tools
- Assisting research projects and laboratory setup
