Who Can Apply for ONGC Jobs 2026?

Petroleum Engineering

ONGC Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be appointed at E1 level with a basic pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.
In addition to basic pay and annual increment, selected employees will be eligible for various benefits, including Dearness Allowance, HRA or Company Accommodation, Contributory Provident Fund, Leave Encashment, Performance Related Pay, Medical Facilities, Gratuity, Post Retirement Benefit Scheme and other benefits as per ONGC rules.
The approximate CTC for the posts is ₹26 lakh per annum.
ONGC Selection Process 2026
The selection process will consist of three stages:

- Personal Interview
- Medical Fitness
