Oil India Limited (OIL) has officially issued a notification for the recruitment of Contractual Junior Engineers (JE) vacancy for diploma and engineering graduates from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh at OIL’s Field Headquarters in Duliajan, Assam.

Eligibility Criteria for Oil India JE Walk-in 2025

Educational Qualification:

• (i) Class 10th from Government Recognized Education Board.
• (ii) Passed 03 (three) years Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or instrumentation Engineering from Government Recognized Institute.
• (iii) Minimum 02 (two) years post qualification work experience in Oil & Gas Industry/ Gas Processing Plant/ Refinery/ Petrochemicals/ Fertilizer Industry in Govt./PSU/ Public/ Private Organizations.

Domicile Requirement:

• Must be a resident of Assam or Arunachal Pradesh

Age Limit:

• As per OIL’s recruitment guidelines
• Relaxation applicable for reserved categories

Salary and Contract Details

• Consolidated Monthly Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹40,000 (based on previous notifications)
• Contract Duration: To be mentioned in the official advertisement
• May include allowances; subject to contract terms

Selection Process

The recruitment process will include:

1. Walk-in Practical Test
2. Skill Test
3. Personal Assessment/Interview
